Method

We carefully select the green beans, which we remove from the bad ones - for example, they are split in half or have other defects, we remove stones, fibers from original coffee bags or other sediments, etc. through a sieve, and all this in 300 gr of Colombia Arabica green coffee - the resulting value is approx. 250 gr of roasted coffee . The coffee is first heated and then roasted in a stainless steel pan with different temperature changes to achieve the optimal roasting result. In the process, the grain is stripped of the upper protective skin - chaff, several times and then evenly roasted to medium-dark - first crack - first crack and further cooled in a water bath so that the spontaneous roasting process does not continue. The whole process takes about 25 minutes.

In the case of decaffeinated coffee - the beans are steeped several times in clean water, further dried, boiled and finally the protective skin is removed. Next is drying and this whole process takes 2 days and all without chemicals. We roast coffee after ordering and never have it ready in stock - we guarantee absolute freshness, because ideally the best coffee is 2-10 days after roasting.

In the case of flavors, either real vanilla or cinnamon is added to the coffee after roasting, which is then passed through a sieve again after 1 day. The result of this demanding process is high-quality coffee, which anyone, including coffee lovers and those who do not drink coffee with caffeine, will appreciate. Coffee can be used alone or with milk - Latte, etc.

Gwilym Davies - World Barista and 2009 Coffee Champion described our coffee as smooth with hints of peanuts, chocolate, caramel and less acidity.
